Lifestyle event Best of Britannia (BOB), which aims to support British manufacturers and brands, is once again popping up at the Truman Brewery on Brick Lane on 12 to 13 October. The event also coincides with Buy British Day on the 12 October, with both signifying that Britain is open for business and proud of its skilled makers.
Since its launch in 2012, BOB has strived to bring British brands and manufacturing to the fore, championing craftsmanship, engineering and design credentials. At the forefront of discovering the finest emerging and historic British brands, BOB London and Buy British Day provide a combined platform aimed at consumers seeking the very best in British-made product.
Over 150 brands including menswear, womenswear, childrenswear, footwear, accessories, jewellery, cycling, motoring, home furnishings and more will be on show, as well as some of the best British produced food and drink.
In addition, Bob London also falls in the middle of Wool Week and will be celebrating the versatility of wool as a material with a Diversity of Wool display. Brands will feature the myriad of ways in which wool is utilised to create produce from fashion to furniture, from homewares to handbags.
